Second for Tyla Rattray in Bulgarian haze -ozzy go- stylamx

Tyla guided his factory Red Bull KTM to second position at a sun-
kissed and hot Sevlievo circuit for the Grand Prix of Bulgaria and
the eighth round of the FIM MX2 Motocross World Championship. It
was his sixth podium result of the season with moto finishes of 3-3.

The fourth edition of the Bulgarian round again occurred at the
impressive facility over 200kms east from the capital of Sofia.
Sevlievo sets unparalleled standards for its infrastructure and
logistical set-up while the track is challenging through its jumpy,
fast and hard-pack nature. Several racing lines were available in
places while the grip levels also varied. The constant watering by
the staff to combat the dust created ultra slick zones of the course
that had to be negotiated with care.

Rattray, who finished third last week at the French Grand Prix,
started well in his Saturday qualification heat and ran second to
Christophe Pourcel on the first two laps. He was demoted briefly
by fellow South African Gareth Swanepoel but composed himself
to attack and push back through to second spot; giving him third
position on the start line. The almost 180 degree first corner –
followed directly by a jump - meant that selecting a slot in the
gate as near to the inside of the turn as possible gave a
significant advantage.

Rattray was immediately thrust into action as part of a four rider
figth behind Antonio Cairoli for second position in the first GP moto.
He swapped track space with team-mate Tommy Searle, Pourcel
and Pascal Leuret. A tight squabble was dispersed when a lagging
Pourcel made an aggressive move on Rattray, forcing the Durban-
