No Fear Honda Takes Two At Conondale -ozzy go- Racedeadline.com.au

No Fear Honda secured two podium positions at Sunday's round
three of the National Motocross Championships, with Craig 'Ando'
Anderson (#100) making a magnificent comeback from injury,
and Cody Cooper (#5) snaring top spot for the day. It was
Cooper's first round win and second podium of the season at a
warm Conondale, Queensland circuit after he accumulated the
most points of the day with two second place finishes. "My starts
weren't great so I had to work pretty hard to get those second
place finishes," the New Zealander said. "I'm happy and am now
in the top three of the Championship behind Reardon and Hurley,
so my confidence has been given a big boost." Cooper was
clearly not 100% physically after taking a hard hit at Broadford's
round one, however it didn't stop him from putting in his best
performance of the year to date. "My shoulder and ribs are still
sore from crashing at round one so hopefully I'll be fitter for the
next one at Newcastle." Also riding through continuing shoulder
and hand pain from injuries sustained at round one, Anderson
accompanied Cooper onto the podium in third place after a hard-
fought third and fifth place race finish. 'Ando' was quick from the
start of the day, qualifying behind Reardon in second place,
however with his stamina still suffering, he had to dig deep to get
the points needed for a podium finish. "ozzy go" to the full story
