Echo Valley, Toowoomba hosts Round 6 on 24 June
In the wake of a superbly run Round 5 in Murray Bridge SA last weekend, Round 6 of
the Nokia MX Nationals returns to Echo Valley in Toowoomba, QLD on Sunday 24 June.
Nominated by some of the riders as their favourite track in the world, Echo Valley is set
to host one of the most anticipated rounds yet.

Kevin Williams of Williams Event Management agrees, "Toowoomba has always been
a very successful round and this year we will be looking to take it to the next level.
We are seeing some world class performances out there this year and we want to
produce an event that does justice to everyone involved," said Williams.

Queensland is home to some of the most talented Motocross riders Australia has to
offer. The Sunshine State has given us Daniel Reardon from Kawasaki who this year
remains unbeaten except by international superstar Chad Reed in Round 4, and by
No Fear Honda's Cody Cooper in the first race at Round 3. Troy Carroll (#905) and
Kyle Tobin are the two Toowoomba boys on the Cool Air Racing Team breathing
down the necks of the series leaders, and Ford Dale will fly the Yamaha flag.

Among those challenging the Queenslanders on their home turf will be big names Daryl
Hurley of Suzuki, KTM's Jay Marmont, Yamaha's Matt Moss, Serco Yamaha's Jake Moss
and Kawasaki team mates Cody Mackie and Mitch Hoad.

In the Pro-Open class, Kiwi Daryl Hurley occupies second position overall and refuses
to let Reardon out of his sight. He will be looking to further close the gap between them
in Toowoomba. Marmont is Troy Carroll's nemesis sitting on the same number of points
as Carroll but currently third in the Series to Carroll's fourth.

In the Pro-Lites class, Jake Moss is perched comfortably at number 1 and preparing
for a move to the United States next season. Behind Moss, team mates Cody Mackie
and Mitch Hoad are presenting the biggest problem for import Kyle Tobin who currently
occupies fifth overall. click on ozzy go to the full story on OzMotoX.com
